Will

Will has deep expertise in data, technology and AI gained over 18 years at Australia’s leading firm. Will joined Macquarie upon graduation and worked his way up to the CIO for Macquarie Capital Australia. He subsequently led KPMG’s national RegTech practice, managing 50 data engineers and handling the data, technology and AI transformation at MA Asset Management.

A highly sought-after speaker on data, technology and AI, Will is one of the few CTOs who articulates technical concepts to Boards and C-suite engagingly and effectively.

Will has been recognised as a leading CIO and CTO globally, is a LinkedIn Top Voice for AI and Data Science and was recognised as the most influential Asian-Australian under 40 in corporates in 2023.

Alice

Alice has over 25 years of financial services experience, including investment experience in shopping centres, asset management for public and private assets, risk management, and audit gained at Macquarie Group, MA Financial (previously Moelis & Co) and Deloitte.

As COO of MA Asset Management for 6 years, Alice led a cross-functional team of 55 during a period of significant growth, with tripling assets under management and entry into 2 new operating asset classes and operations in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. She has served as executive director of trustee and fund management boards managing $9bn of assets over 5 years.

Alice was the Winner for Digital Transformation Leader of the Year in 2025 and has been named as a finalist as the Tech Innovator of the Year by the Financial NewsWire’s awards in 2026.
